Sergey L. Veber received his M.S. degrees in physics from the Novosibirsk State University in 2006 and the Ph.D. degree in chemical physics in 2009 from International Tomography Center SB RAS. Since 2005, he collaborated with Weizmann Institute of Science (Israel), Free University of Berlin, Max-Planck-Institute for Chemical Energy Conversion and Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin (Germany). He is a senior researcher at the laboratory of Magnetic resonance of International Tomography Center SB RAS. He is the author of more than 30 articles. Research interests: EPR in studies of radicals and transition metal ions, phase transitions in magnetoactive compounds, electronics engineering of EPR-related equipment. In 2016 he received the ESR Young Investigator Award for his considerable contribution in investigation of novel thermo- and photoswitchable Cu(II)-based magnetoactive compounds by multifrequency EPR.
